In therapy, we focus on practical ways to help you regain control, manage emotions, and move forward. I primarily work with individuals who want clear tools to manage anxiety, trauma, stress, burnout, and major life transitions. I also work with couples who want to improve communication and work through conflict in healthier ways.

I primarily work with individuals who want clear tools to manage anxiety, trauma, stress, burnout, and major life transitions. I also work with couples who want to improve communication and work through conflict in healthier ways.

 

My approach combines Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) to help you build coping skills, improve communication, and create structure for meaningful change.
